Once your order has moved into the packaging and shipping phase, we regret that we won’t be able to accommodate any further modifications.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order status has been updated to “Packing,” we won’t be able to process cancellations. We value your satisfaction and are always available to assist with your inquiries and concerns.

Adjusting Shipping Address: If you need to revise your shipping address, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at support@urbanplantnook.com before your order reaches the “Packing” status.
  2. Provide us with the updated and complete shipping address details.
  3. We’ll make the necessary adjustments to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address.

Other Modifications: For any other order modifications, please contact us via email at support@urbanplantnook.com before your order is marked as “Packing.”

 

Please take note of the following important points:

  • Once your order status has been updated to “Packing,” we won’t be able to make any further changes to the shipping address.
  • We cannot issue refunds or reshipments for parcels that aren’t delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
